This presentation takes an in depth look at all the redevelopment incentives such as Federal tax incentives, EPA Assessment Grants, EPA Revolving Loan Fund Grants, EPA Cleanup Grants, Michigan Loan Programs (MDEQ Revitalization Loans), and DEQ Grant & Loan Programs. Plus, this presentation details two Case Studies, the first case study is of East Village in Lansing and the second case study is of Stonehouse Village in East Lansing.
