Residential Property Application
Submit your interest in a home in Land Bank inventory you would like to see.
Residential Poor or Demolition Condition Application
Submit your interest in a home on the Land Bank's demolition list you would like to renovate or demolish yourself. Homes in this condition have additional requirements that can be found on the back side of this application and at this link to our policy of sales in demolition condition.
Commercial Property Application
