The Genesee County Land Bank is committed to supporting the Civic Park Neighborhood in its efforts to get support for demolition of blighted structures.
As of May 2014, 46% of all properties in Civic Park National Register Historic District are owned by the Genesee County Treasurer and Land Bank.
